Can my Sterra order be delivered to a walk-up unit? What if staircase usage is required for my delivery?

We are able to deliver your item by using the staircase. However, we charge a $10 fee for each flight of stairs that are required to be used for delivery.

Is it possible to schedule an installation or repair appointment after 5:00 PM?

Yes, you can book an afternoon/evening appointment for installation or repair and our service technicians are available until 7:30 PM on certain days. However, for condominium residents, please check your building's policies to ensure that our techni
