Can I reschedule my installation or delivery appointment that I booked through the order confirmation page? Is there a rescheduling fee?Updated 2 months ago

If you booked this appointment through our website on the order confirmation page (Calendly), for one (1) time, you can reschedule this appointment at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the original date. Please send us an email through this form (https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/contact) with your order number and new preferred appointment date/time. The second reschedule or changes that are requested within 1 day of the original appointment date are subject to a fee.
