Can I reschedule my installation or delivery appointment that I booked through the order confirmation page? Is there a rescheduling fee?Updated 16 days ago
If you booked your appointment through our website via the order confirmation page (Calendly), you can reschedule the appointment once, as long as you request the change at least 3 days (72 hours) before the original appointment date.
To reschedule, simply send us an email through our contact form with your order number and the new preferred appointment date/time.
Please note:
For any subsequent reschedules or if changes are requested within 1 day of the original appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
