You are eligible for one complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 3 days (72 hours) before your original appointment time.
To request a change, please submit a message here with your order number along with your new preferred date and time.
⚠️ Important Terms:
Late Changes: Any rescheduling requests made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
Subsequent Changes: A $100 fee will apply to any additional rescheduling requests after your first complimentary change.
