Yes, we offer afternoon and evening slots to accommodate busy schedules. Our service technicians are available for installation and repair appointments until 7:30 PM on designated days.

🏢 Important Notice for Condominium Residents

Before booking an evening slot, please verify your estate management's building bylaws and contractor rules.

1. Management Restrictions: Many condominiums strictly prohibit external contractors, drilling, or repair work from continuing or starting after 5:00 PM.
2. Access Denied: If our technician arrives but is turned away by your building’s security or management, the appointment will be marked as missed.
3. ⚠️ Rescheduling Policy: Sterra is not responsible for canceled appointments due to building management restrictions. If a technician is denied entry because of estate rules, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply to book a new slot.
