Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on whether your items are currently in stock or available on pre-order. Please see the guidelines below for each product category:

📦 In-Stock Products

  • Air Purifiers, Dehumidifiers, & Vacuums: Shipped via our third-party courier network and delivered within 3–5 working days from your purchase date. You will receive an automated tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Water Purifiers & Massage Chairs: These items require professional handling. Please secure your preferred delivery and installation date using the Calendly scheduling link located on your Order Confirmation page (accessible via your confirmation email).


⏳ Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Products

If an item was marked as a pre-order at checkout, you can track its arrival timeline through our live dashboard:
