Can I put the delivery or installation of my order on hold? How long can this hold be?Updated a month ago

At Sterra, our delivery and holding policies differ depending on the type of product you purchased. Please review the specific guidelines for your items below.


📦 Air Purifiers, Dehumidifiers, & Accessories (In-Stock & Pre-Orders)

Standard Delivery: In-stock items are processed automatically and delivered within 3–5 working days. Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline stated on their respective product pages.

Holding Policy: Due to automated warehouse fulfillment, we are unable to place temporary holds on these orders.  If you are unready to receive your package because your home is not ready or you are away, you may select one of the following options:

  1. Provide an Alternative Address: Contact us to reroute the shipment to a friend, relative, or alternative location where someone can receive it within 3–5 working days.
  2. Cancel and Refund: We can cancel your current order and issue a full refund. You are welcome to repurchase the items whenever you are ready to accept delivery.

Standard Scheduling: Because these large appliances require professional handling, we encourage you to secure your preferred delivery and installation date immediately using the Calendly booking link found on your order confirmation page.

Holding Policy: If you experience unexpected renovation delays, plumbing issues, or site unreadiness, we are happy to assist. You can request a temporary order hold by sendung us a messge here

⚠️ Important Note: We can accommodate appliance order holds for a maximum of 6 months from your original purchase date.
