My tracking number states that my order has been delivered, but I can’t find it.Updated a year ago

We're very sorry to hear that! Couriers can accidentally mark a package as delivered, but deliver the package within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since the item was marked as delivered and you’re unable to locate the item, please use our Report Order Issue widget and our team will prioritize your email.

How to send a request through our Report Order Issue widget:

  1. Please use your order email or phone number to sign-in through this link: https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number.
  2. Select the relevant order and click the "Report Issue" button.
  3. Select the option "I'm past my expected delivery date." A request will be sent automatically to our team and your email inbox.
  4. Our team will prioritize your email and respond.
