The first relocation of your Sterra Water Purifier is free within the warranty period. Subsequent relocations or relocations done outside warranty are subject to a fee. How to Prepare for a Relocation
Before our team can reinstall your purifier at the new location, here’s what you need to do:
Dismantle the purifier yourself
User is responsible for dismantling the unit before relocation.
Bring the unit to the new address
Sterra will handle the reinstallation, but moving the purifier is your responsibility.
Provide your new address
We need this to schedule and confirm your installation.
Dismantling Instructions
- Electrical Disconnect
- Unplug the water purifier from the power outlet to ensure safety.
- Turn Off the Water Supply
- Close the water supply valve to prevent leaks during transport.
- Hose Disconnection
- Gently disconnect all PE tubings or hoses. Handle carefully to avoid damage.
- Check Your User Manual
- Follow your model’s manual for any specific dismantling steps.
- Pack Safely
- Wrap and secure all parts to avoid scratches or damage during the move.
Important: User is responsible for transporting the water purifier to the new location.
