Volume Icon BlinkingUpdated 2 hours ago
If your VOLUME light is blinking or no water is coming out, it usually means the machine is not receiving enough water.
This can happen when:
• There is no water supply
• A valve is not fully opened
• The water flow is too weak
• There may be an internal sensor issue
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check when you last changed the filter
When was your filter last replaced?
• If it has been more than 4 to 6 months, please replace the filter first.
• If you changed it recently, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Check the water flow
Try dispensing water.
Is the flow weaker than usual?
• If yes, the main water valve under your kitchen sink may be partially blocked.
• You can follow this video guide to clear it.
Step 3: Check the valves
Please check under your kitchen sink.
Ensure that:
• The main water line valve is fully opened
• The blue valve connected to the purifier is fully opened
Turn them gently to make sure they are not partially closed.
Step 4: Restart the machine
Switch off the machine at the main power source.
Unplug it.
Wait for 10 minutes.
Plug it back in.
Switch it on.
Make sure the filter compartment is properly closed before turning it on.
Step 5: Wait for auto flushing
After restarting, the machine will begin auto flushing.
You will see a breathing light on the dispense button.
• Wait about 15 minutes.
• All lights will turn off once flushing is completed.
This is normal.
Step 6: Check the VOLUME light again
After flushing is completed, check if the VOLUME light is still blinking.
• If the light is no longer blinking, your machine is working normally.
