This is a sensor issue. Please record a short video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the problem. Send the video to our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login along with the information that there is leakage in front of the machine, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
