There are dusts leaking from the dust cupUpdated 4 months ago

The reason for the leak could be as follows:

• The HEPA filter is not well-fitted.
  • Adjust the HEPA filter to the correct position and lock it in place.  
• The HEPA filter and dust cup are not assembled properly. 
  • Remove the filter and dust cup
  • Adjust to the correct assembly. 
• The lid or cover of the dust cup is not properly sealed.
  •  Push the cover or lid level to ensure it's properly locked.
