Please ensure that no cleaning chemicals are stored under the sink near the piping connected to the Sterrra machine. If there are no chemicals present, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Power off the machine
- Turn off and unplug the machine
Step 2: Clean the dust filter
- Clean the dust filter at the back of the machine.

Step 2: Flush the Unit
- Press and hold both the "Filter" and "Volume" water buttons for 5 seconds. The internal flushing process will begin automatically.
Step 3: Monitor for 48 Hours
- Keep an eye on the machine for the next 48 hours. If the issue persists, please contact customer support for assistance.
