The volume, hot and ambient icons of my Sterra 7 Tankless Water Purifier are sequentially blinkingUpdated a month ago

If your machine is showing this error, it means the power supply is either too high or too low.

This can happen when:

• The voltage is above 269V
• The voltage is below 165V

This is a built in safety feature. The machine will stop operating to protect its internal components.

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Switch off the machine

Turn off the machine using the main power switch.

Step 2: Try a different power socket

Plug the machine into a different wall socket.

If possible, avoid using an extension cord.

Step 3: Restart the machine

  1. Leave the machine unplugged for about 10 minutes.

  2. Plug it back in.

  3. Switch it on.

Step 4: Wait for stabilisation and auto flushing

After turning it on, please wait at least 15 minutes.

During this time:

• The machine will stabilise the voltage.
• Auto flushing may start.
• The dispense button may show a breathing light.

Wait until all lights turn off. This means the process is completed.

This is normal.

If the error still appears

If the voltage protection error continues after trying a different socket, please email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
