The volume, hot and ambient icon lights on my Sterra 7 Tankless Water Purifier are blinkingUpdated a month ago

This can happen when:

• The voltage is too high
• The voltage is too low

This is a safety protection feature. The machine will stop working to protect its internal parts.

Step 1: Switch off the machine

Turn off the machine using the main power switch.

Step 2: Try a different power socket

Plug the machine into a different wall socket.

Avoid using extension cords if possible.

Step 3: Restart the machine

1. Leave the machine unplugged for about 10 minutes.

2. Plug it back in.

3. Switch it on.

Step 4: Wait for auto flushing

After restarting, the machine will begin auto flushing.

You will see a breathing light on the dispense button.

• Wait about 15 minutes.
• All lights will turn off once flushing is completed.

This is normal.

Step 5: Wait for stabilisation

After turning it on, please allow at least 15 minutes for the machine to stabilise the voltage.
