The Sterra Sun tank is not collecting water.Updated a year ago

1. Power cycle the machine by turning it off, waiting for a few seconds, and then turning it back on.

2. Try switching to the 40% humidity setting and monitor it for 1 hour to see if it starts collecting water.

3. Check the water level sensor float. Ensure it is properly fitted after throwing water away.
