The Sterra Sun tank is not collecting water.Updated a month ago

Most of the time this problem occurs because the float is not fitted in properly after throwing water away. To help fix this problem, please do the following

1. Check the water level sensor float. 
2. Fit the float properly if needed 
3. Turn the unit off for 5 minutes and turn it back on
4. Switch to 40% humidity setting and monitor for 1 hour to see if starts collecting water.
5. If the issue persists, please record a short video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the tank. Send the video to our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login along with the information that there is leakage in front of the machine, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
