The hot/cold icon, the ambient icon, and the volume icon are blinking (E11)Updated 8 days ago
This is an issue indicating that the machine doesn't have proper ventilation resulting in the motor heating up. Below are the following possible condition when the machine is overheating.
CONDITION 1: DISPENSED COLD WATER IS NOT COLD

CONDITION 2: DISPENSED HOT WATER IS NOT HOT

CONDITION 3: NO ISSUE WITH THE DISPENSED HOT OR COLD WATER. BOTH ARE STILL AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE
- Please do the steps below to help solve the issue.
- STEP 1: Turn off the machine and let it stay off within 1 hour to cool down the motor
- STEP 2: Clean the dust filter located at the back of the machine. Insert it back once it is cleaned and dried up.
- STEP 3: Create more space on all sides of the water purifier. Remove all objects/appliances. At least 20cm (8 inches) space on all sides of the machine.
- STEP 4: Turn the machine on once it has been an hour.
- If the light continues to blink, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the blinking light.
