The filter light is still on even after changing the filtersUpdated 21 days ago

This could be because the machine is not yet detecting the new filters. Please do the steps below and see if it solves the problem

1. Check if the machine was turned off before changing the filter.
2. If not, please turn off the machine and wait for 10 minutes before turning it on again. Doing this, the machine will auto-flush and reset the filter, turning off the filter lights
3. If yes or if the lights are still on, press and hold "Filter" for more than 3 seconds.
4. If the issue still persists, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the whole touch panel.
