STEP 1: Check how long it's been used, if used for 24/7, check if the body is warm. If the body is warm, turn it off and let it rest for at least 2 hours
STEP 2: If the filter light is red, make sure that the filter cover is fitted properly (refer to the attached video)
STEP 3: Try a different power socket after 2 hours of resting
STEP 4: Try to turn it on via both app and manual
