If your machine is showing this error, it means the cooling system has become too warm.
This happens when:
• The internal cooling temperature stays too high for a period of time
• The temperature rises too quickly
• The cooling system cannot release heat properly
This is a safety feature to protect the internal components from damage.
It is usually related to ventilation, room temperature, or water flow.
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check when you last changed the filter
When was your filter last replaced?
• If it has been more than 4 to 6 months, please replace the filter first.
• If you changed it recently, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Check the water flow
Try dispensing water.
Is the water flow weaker than usual?
• If yes, the main water valve under your kitchen sink may be partially blocked.

Step 3: Switch off the machine
Turn off the machine using the main power switch.
Unplug it from the power source.
Step 4: Clean the dust filter
The dust filter is located at the back of the machine.
Remove the filter.
Wash it under running water.
Make sure all dust is removed.
Let it dry completely before placing it back.
Step 5: Check ventilation space
Please ensure:
• There is at least 15 to 20 cm of space around the machine.
• The ventilation slots are not blocked.
• The machine is not placed near heat producing appliances.
Proper airflow helps the cooling system work properly.
Step 6: Allow the machine to cool down
Leave the machine switched off for about 2 hours.
Step 7: Turn the machine back on
After 2 hours:
Plug the machine back in.
Switch it on.
The machine will begin auto flushing.
You will see the dispense button enter breathing mode.
• Wait about 15 minutes.
• All lights will turn off once flushing is completed.
This is normal.
