If your machine is showing this error, it means the water flow is not within the normal range.

This can happen when:

• The water flow is too low
• The water flow is too high
• The drain line is blocked

The machine will stop operating to protect itself when this happens.

Step 1: Check the water flow

Try dispensing water.

Is the flow very weak or unusually strong?

If the flow seems abnormal, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check for possible blockage

Please check under your kitchen sink:

• Ensure the main water valve is fully opened
• Ensure the blue valve connected to the purifier is fully opened
• Make sure the drain line is not bent or blocked

If you are unsure, you may take a clear photo or short video.
