The air quality reading reads very high (999)Updated 10 months ago

  1. Power cycle the air purifier by turning it off, waiting for a few seconds, and then turning it back on.

  2. Try placing the air purifier in a different location within the room to see if the reading improves.

  3. If the reading still doesn’t change, turn the unit off and then on again to reset the sensors.
