STEP 1: Do a powercycle by turning the machine off
- Try putting the machine in a different location before turning it on.
STEP 2: To remove the filter and vacuum the air filter sensor.
STEP 3: Check the filter usage using the Smart Life App if it has been used up. if the filter has been used up, change the filter.
STEP 4: If the issue persists, record a 30-second to 1-minute video showing the 999 reading and the device's full-back image.
