Sterra Sun — Power TripUpdated 2 days ago

If plugging in or turning on your Sterra Sun immediately trips your home's main circuit breaker or safety switch, stop using the appliance immediately.

A tripped circuit breaker means the machine is pulling an unsafe spike of electricity. This happens if an internal electrical part has shorted out or if the cooling engine has suffered a severe mechanical failure. Do not attempt to plug the machine into a different outlet or reset your breaker to try it again. Repeatedly forcing a shorted machine to run can cause permanent damage to your home’s electrical wiring or create a fire hazard.

Please follow these immediate steps:

Step 1: Keep the Machine Safely Disconnected

  • Leave the Sterra Sun completely unplugged from the wall socket.

  • Reset your home circuit breaker panel only after the machine has been safely disconnected.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to getting this sorted out!
