Sterra Sun — No PowerUpdated 2 days ago

What to Do If Your Sterra Sun Has No Power (Won't Turn On)

If your Sterra Sun shows absolutely no signs of life—meaning the screen stays completely dark, the buttons do not light up, and the fan does not spin when pressed—the issue is likely a lack of incoming electricity or an internal power safety shutdown.

Please follow these 3 quick steps to check your power source and reset your machine:

Power Supply & Outlet Verification Sequence

1.1. Test the wall outlet with another device: Isolate the electricity source.

Unplug your Sterra Sun from the wall. Take a small working device (like a phone charger or a hair dryer) and plug it directly into that exact same wall outlet.

  • If the other device doesn't work either: Your wall socket is faulty or a home circuit breaker has tripped. Please reset your breaker panel or move the Sterra Sun to a different wall outlet.

2.2. Avoid extension cords and multi-plugs: Eliminate faulty splitters.

If you are currently plugging your Sterra Sun into an extension cord, surge protector, or multi-plug adapter, remove it. Plug the Sterra Sun's power cord directly into a main wall socket to ensure it is getting a full, steady electrical current.

3.3. Execute a 60-second power cycle: Triggers internal logic reset.

Leave the Sterra Sun completely unplugged for 60 seconds. After the minute passes, plug it firmly into a verified, working wall socket and press the Power button.

Still not turning on?

If you have verified that your wall outlet is working perfectly, but your Sterra Sun remains completely dead after a direct reset, the internal power circuit board has suffered a component failure.
