If you notice that the power cord, electrical wiring, or the 3-pin plug adapter of your Sterra Sun is frayed, melted, cut, or damaged in any way, stop using the appliance immediately.

Exposed or compromised wiring poses a serious risk of electrical shock or localized short-circuiting. To protect yourself and your home, do not attempt to patch the cord with electrical tape, and do not attempt to plug it into any wall socket.

Please follow these steps to securely resolve the issue:

Step 1: Isolate the Machine Safely

• If the machine is currently plugged in, walk to your main household circuit breaker box or turn off the power switch at the wall outlet first before touching the cord.

• Once the wall outlet switch is turned off, safely disconnect the cord. If it is already unplugged, leave it disconnected.

Step 2: Connect with a Live Specialist

1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the damaged pin adapter or power chord
