How to identify the error: The Sterra S touch panel does not display error codes directly. Instead, the Dispense button blinks and one or more of the temperature/volume buttons light up at the same time. Check your touch panel to see which buttons are lit up alongside the blinking Dispense button, then match them to the list below to find your error code and follow its troubleshooting steps

Sterra S Error Codes E1, E2, E3, E4, E19, E21, E23 — Troubleshooting Steps
- Turn off the machine.
- Clean the dust filter. The dust filter is located behind the machine. Wash it with water and dry it fully before reinstalling.
- Check the raw water supply to make sure it has a full, uninterrupted supply. Check that the T-valve is turned on.

- Turn the machine back on and wait for it to finish starting up.
- Check if the error persists.
