Sterra S — Water Leakage from the MachineUpdated an hour ago

How to Fix a Water Leak on Your Sterra S

If you notice water pooling around or leaking from your Sterra S, do not panic. Follow this quick guide to locate the source of the leak, stop the water flow, and determine if it can be fixed instantly or requires a technician visit.

FIRST STEP: Isolate the Water Supply

Before inspecting the machine, shut down incoming water to prevent pooling:

  1. Locate the metal adapter valve under your kitchen sink or near your main water connection.

  2. Turn the valve handle 90 degrees so it sits perpendicular (at a right angle) to the water line. This completely shuts off water flow to the purifier.
