Sterra S — Nozzle is LeakingUpdated 5 hours ago

If you notice your Sterra S is constantly dripping water from its front nozzle, or if water is slowly leaking or pooling around the dispensing tray when the machine is idle, please take immediate action.

Because the water inside the unit is held under constant pressure, do not attempt to dismantle the nozzle, stick objects inside the water outlet, or force the touch screen buttons.

Please follow these 3 simple safety steps to secure your countertop and connect with our team right away:

Step 1: Turn Off the Water Supply Valve

To immediately relieve the internal pressure that is driving the nozzle leak, stop the incoming water flow:

  • Locate the metal T-valve connection under your kitchen sink or behind your water supply line.

  • The Fix: Turn the small handle so that it sits perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) to the water line. If it is pointing across the pipe rather than along it, the water supply is safely shut off.

Step 2: Unplug the Machine

  • Once the water supply is safely shut down, dry your hands thoroughly and unplug the Sterra S from your wall electrical outlet for safety.

Step 3: Connect directly to a Live Agent

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to getting this sorted out!
