Sterra Nova — Power TripUpdated 6 hours ago

At Sterra, your safety is our absolute priority. If plugging in or turning on your Sterra Nova causes your home's circuit breaker to trip or a fuse to blow, please follow these safety guidelines immediately:

1. Discontinue Use Immediately

  • Turn off and unplug the Sterra Nova from the wall socket right away.

  • Do not attempt to plug the unit into another outlet or turn it back on.

2. Isolate the Cause (Optional Check)

If your breaker tripped, it could be due to a faulty machine component, or it could simply be a circuit overload in your home.

  • Check the Circuit Load: Were you running other high-power appliances (like an air conditioner, microwave, or vacuum) on the exact same circuit at the same time? If a circuit is overloaded, adding any small appliance can trip the breaker.

  • Inspect the Cord: Visually check the Sterra Nova power cable and plug. If you see any visible damage, frays, or burn marks, do not touch the cord while it is plugged in.

3. Contact Us for an Immediate Review

Because this involves electrical safety, we want our specialized team to review this for you right away.

Please contact our live chat support team or submit a ticket with the following details so we can fast-track your request:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to getting this sorted out!
