If your Sterra Nova’s "eyeball" light is turning on but you don't feel any air coming out, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Perform a Power Cycle

• Turn off the Sterra Nova and unplug it from the wall outlet.

• Wait 30 to 60 seconds to allow the internal system to completely reset.

• Plug it back in and turn the unit on to see if air flow resumes.

2. Try a Different Wall Outlet

• Plug the Sterra Nova into a different power outlet in another room.

• Avoid using extension cords or power strips, as they may not provide enough stable power to run the fan motor.
