Sterra Nova — Broken Bottle Holder CapUpdated 10 hours ago

If the bottle holder cap on your Sterra Nova has become cracked, stripped, or physically broken, please remain completely reassured. This does not mean your main water dispensing system is ruined or that you need to purchase an entirely new machine!

To prevent any unwanted water leaks or pressure loss within the system, please temporarily avoid forcing the broken cap onto your air purifier. Because the bottle holder cap is a modular, detachable component, it can be easily replaced without affecting the core mechanics of your unit.

We can quickly arrange a replacement part to get your system sealed and dispensing perfectly again.

The Fast-Track Replacement Sequence

To bypass repetitive diagnostic questions and help our team instantly dispatch your replacement part, please complete this quick documentation sequence:

1.Capture a Clear Photo of the Broken Cap

Place the broken bottle holder cap on a flat surface under good lighting.

Take a clear, well-focused photo showing the exact area of the structural damage (such as a visible fracture, broken threading, or snapped plastic pieces).

2.Submit Your Direct Replacement Request

Log into our Customer Support portal, open a new ticket, attach your photo, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "The bottle holder cap on my Sterra Nova is physically broken. I have read the Help Center guide and attached a clear photo showing the structural damage. Please hand my file over to a live agent so they can check our inventory for an available replacement cap and help me arrange a quick resolution."
