Sterra Nova — 3-Pin Adapter or Power Cord DamagedUpdated 10 hours ago

If the 3-pin power adapter or the electrical power cord for your Sterra Nova has become physically frayed, bent, cracked, or damaged, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your entire air purifier unit is ruined or needs to be replaced!

To maintain strict electrical safety standards in your home, please immediately turn off the power point, unplug the damaged cord from the wall outlet, and stop using the device. Running an electrical appliance with a compromised cable or bent pins can cause short circuits or irregular voltage delivery to the internal motherboard.

Because the power adapter for the Sterra Nova is a modular component, we can easily arrange a hardware replacement to get your machine safely powered up again.

The Damage Verification & Fast-Track Resolution Sequence

To bypass repetitive diagnostic questions and help our team instantly coordinate your replacement part dispatch, please complete this quick documentation sequence:

1.Capture Clear Photos of the Component Damage

Place the unplugged Sterra Nova power adapter and cord on a flat surface under clear lighting.

Take a few clear, well-focused photos highlighting the exact areas of physical damage (such as a cracked adapter casing, bent metal pins, or exposed internal wiring along the cord length).

2.Submit Your Direct Replacement Request

Log into our Customer Support portal, open a new ticket, attach your photos, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "The 3-pin power adapter/power cord for my Sterra Nova is physically damaged and I have stopped using the device for safety. I have read the Help Center guide and attached the required clear photos showing the exact area of damage. Please hand my file over to a live agent so we can verify the hardware state and arrange the appropriate replacement resolution."
