Sterra Mars — No PowerUpdated 18 hours ago

If your Sterra Mars refuses to turn on and shows absolutely no signs of life, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your home electrical system is faulty, or that you cannot get your environment's air purification back on track!

This symptom points to a Power Delivery Block. Your Sterra Mars relies on an intact, continuous flow of electricity from the wall outlet into its main Printed Circuit Board (PCB) to wake up and initiate its start-up sequence. If the power cable has sustained a hidden break, if the wall socket isn't delivering a current, or if a minor power fluctuation has triggered an internal electronic safety fuse, the machine will remain completely dormant.

You can easily isolate the cause and verify your unit's power baseline at home by completing this quick systematic diagnostic sequence:

The Power Line & Core Response Verification Sequence

Please follow these checks step-by-step to test your unit's power delivery:

1.Verify Socket Power and Cable Integrity

Unplug your Sterra Mars from its current outlet. Inspect the entire length of the power cable carefully for any visible splits, kinks, frays, or damage.

Next, plug a known working appliance (like a lamp or phone charger) into that same wall socket to confirm the outlet itself is delivering live electrical power.

2.Listen closely for the System Core Audio Beep

Plug your Sterra Mars firmly back into the confirmed, working wall outlet.

Listen very closely the exact moment the plug pushes into the socket. Does the unit emit an audible notification sound (such as a 'beep')?

  • If it beeps but the screen stays dark: Power is successfully reaching the core, meaning the issue is an isolated display panel freeze.

  • If there is absolute silence: The electricity is blocked, confirming a power delivery failure.

3.Attempt a Hard Start Input

With the unit plugged in, firmly press and hold the power button on the control panel for 3 seconds.

If the machine remains completely dark, silent, and unresponsive with no fan movement, the unit has encountered an internal power PCB issue that requires professional handover.

Moving Forward: Fast-Track Your Total Power Solution

If your power socket is fully functional, the cable is free of damage, and the machine remains completely silent with no start-up beep, your file requires a direct technical review or hardware swap.

Please log into our Customer Support portal to open an immediate assistance ticket with a live specialist:

1.Record a Continuous 1-Minute Verification Video

Place your Sterra Mars near its power outlet. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your power test.

Start the video by showing the power cord being plugged into the wall outlet to demonstrate that the machine emits no audio beep. Then, firmly press the power button several times on camera to show that the display screen and motor remain completely dead. Let the camera run continuously for a full minute to verify the lack of power.

2.Submit Your Direct Support Request

Log into your account portal, attach your 1-minute video, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "My Sterra Mars has no power and is completely unresponsive. I have followed the Help Center guide to verify that the wall socket is live, the cable is undamaged, and the unit makes no sound or beep when plugged into the socket. I have attached the required 1-minute troubleshooting video demonstrating the total power failure for immediate file handover to a live agent."
