Sterra Mars — No Air Coming Out on High ModeUpdated 17 hours ago

If you switch your Sterra Mars to High Mode and the control panel lights up normally, but you feel absolutely no air coming out of the top exhaust grille, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your home's power supply is faulty or that your air purification settings are permanently scrambled!

This symptom points to an isolated Fan Motor Drive Failure. Your Sterra Mars handles operational inputs through a central Printed Circuit Board (PCB) that directs power to a high-performance, multi-speed induction fan motor. When you select High Mode, the control panel correctly registers the command, but if the motor's high-speed capacitor has failed or the internal drive coils have seized, the fan blades cannot physically spin up. As a result, the device remains completely silent and still, failing to push any air despite showing that it is active on the display panel.

Because the heavy-duty fan motor assembly and its corresponding power drive lines are permanently sealed within the main chassis at the factory to protect them from airborne dust and moisture, they cannot be opened, manually spun, or repaired through home troubleshooting steps.

Moving Forward: Fast-Track Your Replacement Claim

To bypass repetitive diagnostic steps and get your air purification system pushing high-velocity clean air again, please log into our Customer Support portal to hand over your file directly to a live specialist:

1.Record a Continuous 1-Minute Verification Video\

Plug your Sterra Mars into a working wall outlet and power it on. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your interaction with the unit.

Start the video by pressing the fan speed button to cycle the machine directly into High Mode. Hold your camera close to the top exhaust grille—or place a lightweight piece of tissue paper directly on top of the grille—to clearly demonstrate that there is zero airflow moving out of the unit while the control panel is lit up. Let the camera run continuously for a full minute to capture the lack of motor engagement.\

2.Submit Your Direct Support Request\

Log into your account portal, attach your 1-minute video, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "The control panel on my Sterra Mars registers commands normally, but there is no air coming out of the exhaust grille when switched to High Mode. I have read the Help Center guide and verified that this is an isolated fan motor drive failure. I have attached the required 1-minute troubleshooting video demonstrating the lack of airflow for immediate review by a live agent."
