This symptom is caused by an isolated Display Interface Communication Gap. Your Sterra Mars is designed with a modular circuit layout where the primary air purification motor and the external LED lighting indicators run on separate signal paths managed by a central Printed Circuit Board (PCB). If a micro-soldered connection on the lighting path experiences a variance or a technical fault, the light indicators will remain dark while the main motor continues to run perfectly.

Because the advanced PCB and internal LED lighting networks are permanently sealed within the main chassis at the factory to shield them from dust, they cannot be opened, rewired, or repaired through home troubleshooting steps.

Start the video by aiming the camera at the control panel and light indicator area, showing that the display lights or air quality ring remain completely dark while the audio captures the fan spinning normally. Let the camera run continuously for a full minute to document the behavior.
