If you press the power button on your Sterra Flow Pro and the high-velocity digital motor turns on normally, but the digital display screen remains completely dark, blank, or unresponsive, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your vacuum has suffered a total electronic failure or that it is unsafe to use!
This symptom is caused by an isolated Display Interface Communication Gap. Your Sterra Flow Pro is engineered with a modular design where the main power core and the digital interface screen operate on connected but distinct internal wiring lines. If a small display wire becomes loose inside the handle housing due to repetitive operational vibrations, or if the digital display module itself encounters a software tracking fault, the screen will fail to light up even though the motor receives full power.
Because the internal display wires and screen modules are sealed within the handle assembly at the factory to protect them from dust and moisture, they cannot be opened or reconnected through home troubleshooting steps.
