Sterra Flow Pro — E4 Error — Output Short Circuit ProtectionUpdated 20 hours ago

If your Sterra Flow Pro display screen begins flashing an "E4" error code and halts operation, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your vacuum has suffered a dangerous electrical breakdown, or that your entire machine is ruined!

This symptom is a protective communication triggered by an automated Intelligent Surge Shield. Your Sterra Flow Pro features an advanced system designed to monitor electrical pathways across the battery pack, the handle assembly, the extension rod, and the motorized floor brush. If a connection cable or motor line experiences an internal wiring mismatch, the vacuum instantly deploys the E4 lock to cut off all power. This protective barrier isolates the current immediately, safeguarding the premium lithium-ion cells and protecting the vacuum's core electronic systems from stress.

Because a structural current mismatch involves internal hardware components that cannot be adjusted or reset through home button sequences, a direct technical review or hardware swap is required.

Moving Forward: Fast-Track Your Surge Shield Solution

To bypass repetitive diagnostic steps and get your high-performance cordless system running perfectly, please log into our Customer Support portal to open a direct assistance ticket with a live specialist:

1.Record a Continuous 1-Minute Verification Video

Disconnect your vacuum from any charging cables and place it on an open surface. Record a continuous video of at least 1 minute capturing your vacuum handle and display panel.

Start the video by pressing the power button, letting the camera clearly capture the exact moment the E4 error code flashes on the screen. Let the camera run for a full continuous minute to demonstrate to our engineering squad that the software protection lock remains permanently engaged.

2.Submit Your Direct Support Request

Log into your account portal, attach your 1-minute video, and copy-and-paste the following message directly to our live agents:

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 Support Message Template: "My Sterra Flow Pro is locked on an E4 Error (Output Short Circuit Protection). I have read the Help Center guide and verified that the safety lockout triggers immediately upon powering up, indicating a potential structural fault in the motor cable, brush assembly, or battery pack. I have attached the required 1-minute troubleshooting video demonstrating the error display for immediate review by a live agent."
