If your Sterra Flow Pro digital console screen is displaying broken numbers, missing lines, or the "188" display layout cannot show completely, please be completely reassured. This does not mean your vacuum’s internal computer engine, battery cells, or suction systems are broken!
This symptom is a localized Digital Interface Fragment. The Sterra Flow Pro utilizes a multi-segment LED display panel to show real-time battery percentages and mode settings. Over time, due to standard household usage or minor structural vibrations from deep cleaning, an individual pin connection behind the screen can break or lose contact. While this causes a few digital lines on the screen to disappear or flicker, the vacuum's core motor, smart sensors, and raw suction capabilities remain perfectly healthy and 100% operational.
Because a fragmented LED screen involves physical micro-hardware pixels, it cannot be reset through home troubleshooting buttons and requires a swift component replacement.
