Sterra Flow — E7 Main Motor Overcurrent — LED Flashes Blue SlowlyUpdated a day ago
If your Sterra Flow digital display screen is flashing the E7 error code and the indicator lights are flashing Blue slowly, please be completely reassured. Your vacuum has not suffered a critical electrical blowout!
An E7 code indicates that the vacuum's microprocessors have deployed an Automated Power Cutoff. The Sterra Flow features a highly advanced, ultra-high-velocity digital motor system. To keep the machine operating safely, internal sensors constantly monitor the electrical load running between the battery cells and the engine core. If these sensors detect an unusual spike in electrical resistance—such as a data interruption or an internal voltage fluctuation—the vacuum instantly stops all power to completely insulate the main motor and battery pack from experiencing any undue stress.
🛑 Immediate Safety Step: To allow the smart safety system to rest, please turn off the vacuum, completely slide the battery pack out of its handle slot, and disconnect any attachments or charging cords. Leaving the unit fully powered down gives the digital circuits the optimal environment to stabilize.
Action Required: Message Our Support Portal for Technical Resolution
Because an E7 code indicates an internal hardware resistance fault within the core motor or power cells, it requires a direct structural review by our support team to safely resolve.
