Sterra Flow — E6 NTC Open Circuit — LED Flashes Red Blue YellowUpdated a day ago

If your Sterra Flow digital display screen is flashing the E6 error code and the indicator lights are cycling through a combination of Red, Blue, and Yellow, please be completely reassured. Your vacuum has not suffered a permanent motor failure or electrical blowout!

An E6 code indicates that the vacuum's safety system has initiated a Sensor Connection Safeguard. The Sterra Flow utilizes an internal thermal sensor called an NTC thermistor inside the battery pack to constantly track operating temperatures and maintain maximum cell efficiency. If this sensor experiences a communication break or a digital connection lag with the main control board, the vacuum immediately pauses all operations as a protective measure to ensure the battery pack never runs blindly without active safety monitoring.

🛑 Immediate Safety Step: To allow the smart safety system to rest, please turn off the vacuum, completely slide the battery pack out of its handle slot, and disconnect any charging cords. Leaving the unit fully powered down gives the digital circuits the optimal environment to stabilize.

Action Required: Message Our Support Portal for Technical Resolution

Because an E6 code specifically involves the internal data communication lines of the smart battery sensor, it requires a direct hardware review by our support team to safely resolve.

Please log into our Customer Support portal right now to send our team a direct message.

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 What to put in your support message: Let our technical team know: "My Sterra Flow is displaying an E6 error code with flashing red, blue, and yellow lights. I have already powered down the unit safely and disconnected the battery pack. Please assist me with the appropriate technical review or component replacement file."
