Sterra Flow — E4 Output Short Circuit Protection — LED Flashes Yellow and BlueUpdated a day ago
If your Sterra Flow digital display screen is flashing the E4 error code and the indicator lights are flashing an alternating Yellow and Blue, please be completely reassured. Your vacuum has not suffered a permanent electrical failure or a hazardous meltdown!
An E4 code indicates that the vacuum’s advanced safety network has successfully deployed its Smart Circuit Isolation Loop. The Sterra Flow is engineered with micro-sensors that constantly monitor the integrity of the wiring paths running from the main battery pack, down through the extension rod, and into the motorized floor brush. If these sensors detect even a minor disruption in the electrical resistance—such as a pinched internal cable terminal or a communication lag between the motor drives—the vacuum instantly cuts all power to completely isolate the circuit and protect the premium electronics.
🛑 Immediate Safety Step: To allow the smart safety system to rest, please turn off the vacuum, disconnect the battery pack or charging cable, and detach all modular attachments (extension rods and brush heads). Leaving the components disconnected in a completely powered-down state is the best way to handle an active isolation loop.
Action Required: Connect to Our Support Portal for Priority Resolution
Because an E4 code points to a specific hardware communication line or a voltage fault within the internal motor or battery modules, these files are automatically fast-tracked.

📌 What to put in your support message: Let our technical team know immediately: "My Sterra Flow is completely locked and displaying an E4 error code with flashing yellow and blue lights. I have already powered down the unit safely and disconnected all modular attachments. I need an urgent technical review to arrange the appropriate hardware repair or component replacement file."
