Sterra Flow — All Error Codes Except E1 and E2Updated 10 hours ago

If your Sterra Flow cordless vacuum pauses operation and displays an error code on its digital screen (such as E3, E4, E5, or any code other than E1/E2), please be completely reassured. You have not broken your vacuum!

These readouts indicate that a Smart System Circuit Guard has been activated. The Sterra Flow is engineered with an advanced network of digital sensors that constantly track internal voltage, battery temperature, and motor resistance. If a minor power fluctuation occurs or an internal connection experiences a temporary communication lag, the vacuum instantly engages a safety lockdown to protect its premium lithium-ion cells and digital motor from experiencing any strain.

🛑 Immediate Safety Step: Whenever a system guard code appears, please turn off the vacuum, disconnect any attachments, and unplug it from the charger. Allowing the internal components to fully rest in a powered-down state is the safest way to handle a system guard loop.

Action Required: Connect to a Live Agent for Hardware Resolution

Because error codes outside of E1 and E2 point to specific internal hardware communication lines, motherboard voltage profiles, or sensor calibrations, these files are instantly fast-tracked. We completely bypass standard automated help desk lines so you can interact directly with a real repair expert.

Please reach out to our Live Customer Support Team right now.

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 What to tell us: Let our live agent know immediately: "My Sterra Flow vacuum is completely locked and displaying an error code on the screen. I have already powered down the unit safely and disconnected all attachments. I need an agent handover to arrange the appropriate technical repair or replacement file."
