Sterra Breeze — Cannot Turn On or Off Must Unplug to Turn OffUpdated 12 hours ago

If your Sterra Breeze air purifier refuses to turn on, or conversely, if it turns on but locks up completely and will not turn off unless you physically pull the power plug from the wall, your device is experiencing a control relay freeze.

This specific behavior indicates a Command Relay Block on the internal Power Control Board (PCB). Think of it like a computer mouse button getting digitally stuck down; a loose internal connection wire or a microscopic solder gap has caused the electronic on/off gate to lock into a single position. While the fan and motor are still safe to run, the physical buttons or app commands are completely bypassed by this hardware loop.
