Sterra Breeze — Air Quality Reading Shows 999Updated 13 hours ago

If your Sterra Breeze display panel is locked on a maximum air quality reading of 999, please be completely reassured that your home’s air is not dangerously polluted.

This specific reading indicates a Sensor Lens Blindspot. The Sterra Breeze uses a highly sensitive laser or infrared optical sensor to count floating microscopic airborne particles. If a tiny speck of household dust, lint, or pet dander lodges directly on top of the sensor's internal optical lens, it completely blocks the beam. Because the sensor can no longer see through the lens, its software reads this total darkness as maximum particle density, forcing the digital screen to jump to 999.

🚨 Important Notice: Please do not attempt to stick needles, cotton swabs, or blow pressurized compressed air into the tiny sensor vents yourself. The optical array is highly calibrated, and manual cleaning without specialized tools can permanently misalign or scratch the lens.

Action Required: Connect to a Live Agent for Showroom Drop-off

Because restoring a blocked optical sensor requires opening the calibrated housing and using professional delicate diagnostic tools, this issue is automatically fast-tracked as a priority hardware event. We completely bypass standard automated queues to get you direct, human assistance right away.

Please reach out to our Live Customer Support Team right now.

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.

📌 What to tell us: Let our live agent know immediately: "My Sterra Breeze air quality reading is frozen at 999. I need a priority agent handover to schedule a drop-off at the showroom for sensor servicing."
