Sterra 7 — E15 Ambient Icon Sequentially Blinking — Voltage ErrorUpdated 43 minutes ago

Your Sterra 7 is equipped with an intelligent electrical safety sensor. If the machine detects an unstable power supply or an electrical fluctuation from your wall socket, it will temporarily lock itself down. This is a built-in protective feature designed to shield the internal electronic circuits from damage.

Follow these simple steps to safely reset the system and stabilize the power connection.

Step 1: Power Down & Unplug (10-Minute Reset)

To clear the safety lockout, the internal power capacitors need to discharge completely.

  1. Turn off and unplug: Switch off the main power button at the back or side of your Sterra 7, then completely unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  2. Wait 10 minutes: Leave the machine entirely disconnected for 10 full minutes to allow the electrical safety sensors to reset.

Step 2: Switch to a Direct Wall Socket

Electrical trips are most commonly caused by plugging the machine into overloaded power strips, extension cords, or sharing an outlet with high-draw kitchen appliances (like microwaves, kettles, or refrigerators).

  1. Find an alternative wall outlet to test.

  2. Plug the Sterra 7 directly into the wall socket.

⚠️ Important: Do not use extension cords, trailing multi-plugs, or surge protector strips for this test. The machine needs a clean, direct connection to the wall.

Step 3: System Stabilization & Auto-Flush (15 Minutes)

Once the machine is plugged into the new outlet, it needs time to calibrate the electrical input and run its startup safety checks.

  1. Turn the main power switch back ON.

  2. Do not press any buttons. The Sterra 7 will automatically enter an initialization phase.

  3. The main dispense button will pulse slowly in a "breathing" light pattern.

  4. Wait approximately 15 minutes without interrupting the machine. Once all the lights turn completely off, the stabilization and auto-flush cycle is finished, and your dispenser is safe and ready to use.

Still Need Help?

If your Sterra 7 continues to trip its safety lockout after trying a direct wall socket (or after testing it in a completely different room), there may be an issue with the power adapter itself.

Please reach out to our Customer Support Team so we can quickly arrange an on-site technician visit to inspect your machine's electrical setup.

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.
