Sterra 7 — E14 Volume Ambient and Hot Icons Blinking — Voltage ErrorUpdated an hour ago

Your Sterra 7 features a built-in electrical safety sensor. If your home's power outlet delivers voltage that is either too high or too low, the machine will temporarily lock its functions. This is a built-in safety feature designed specifically to protect the internal electronic boards from electrical damage.

Follow these quick steps to reset the machine and find a stable power source.

Step 1: Power Down & Disconnect

To clear the safety lock, the machine's internal power surge capacitors need to discharge completely.

  1. Turn off the main power switch at the back/side of the Sterra 7.

  2. Completely unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  3. Wait 10 full minutes before moving to the next step.

Step 2: Switch to a Direct Wall Outlet

Voltage errors are frequently caused by overloaded power strips, multi-plug adapters, or extension cords sharing power with large kitchen appliances (like refrigerators or microwaves).

  1. Identify a different wall outlet in your home to test.

  2. Plug the Sterra 7 directly into the wall socket. Avoid using any extension cords, surge protectors, or multi-way adapters for this test.

Step 3: Voltage Stabilization & Auto-Flush (15 Minutes)

Once plugged into the new outlet, the machine needs a few minutes to evaluate the power supply and re-prime its system.

  1. Turn the main power switch ON.

  2. Do not press any buttons. The Sterra 7 will spend the next 15 minutes stabilizing its voltage sensors and running a mandatory internal auto-flush.

  3. The main dispense button will pulse slowly in a "breathing" light pattern.

  4. Once all the lights turn completely off, the stabilization process is finished, and your dispenser is ready for regular use.

Still Seeing the Error?

If the voltage error persists even after switching to a direct wall outlet, please try testing the machine on an outlet in an entirely different room.

If it continues to display across multiple rooms, your unit's power adapter may need a professional look. Please contact our Customer Support Team so we can fast-track an on-site technician visit to inspect your machine's electrical components.

  1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

  2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

  3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.
