Sterra 7 — E06 Volume and Ambient Icons Blinking on Touch PanelUpdated 13 minutes ago
If your Sterra 7 is turning off unexpectedly, failing to respond to touch controls, or acting irregularly, it may be experiencing a minor power interruption following an electrical surge or an internal connection glitch.
Please follow these steps to safely reset your unit and check its status:
Step 1: Perform a Quick Power Cycle
Often, a quick electronic reset will clear up sudden operational glitches:
Switch off your Sterra 7 at the main power outlet and unplug it from the wall.
Wait 30 full seconds to allow the internal system memory to completely clear.
Plug the unit back in, turn it on, and monitor its behavior.
Step 2: Check for Recent Power Trips
Did your home recently experience a power trip, electrical outage, or sudden power surge?
If yes, your machine's built-in safety mechanisms may have triggered. If the power cycle in Step 1 did not restore regular performance, your unit will require a quick diagnostic inspection.
Step 3: Check for Water Under the Machine
Take a look at the base of your Sterra 7. Do you see any water pooling or leaking from the bottom of the unit?
If you notice a leak: Please stop using the machine immediately, unplug it from the wall, turn off your main water supply valve, and contact us right away.
When to Request a Repair Visit: If your unit continues to operate irregularly after a power cycle, or if you notice water pooling at the bottom of the machine, your Sterra 7 may require an on-site hardware check or a connection adjustment.
