Sterra 7 — Dispensed Volume Does Not Match Selected VolumeUpdated 20 minutes ago

If your Sterra 7 is experiencing water flow issues, or if it requires a software update, the issue is usually related to either the filter lifespan or your water supply valves.

Please follow these quick steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check Your Filter Lifespan

When was your Sterra 7 filter last replaced?

  • More than 4–6 months ago: The filter may be clogged from standard daily use, causing performance issues. We highly recommend replacing your filter to see if this restores normal functionality.

  • Changed recently: If you have a fresh filter, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check Your Under-Sink Valve & Water Pressure

If your filter is relatively new but your water flow is noticeably low, the under-sink water supply valve might be partially blocked or restricted.

Still Having Trouble?If your filter is fresh and your under-sink valve is fully open and clear, your machine may require an internal software update or a physical inspection.
