Please note that our warranty covers functional defects that impact the performance and operation of the machine. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements for purely cosmetic damages (such as minor scratches, scuffs, or blemishes) that do not affect the unit's functionality.

If you believe the damage is affecting how your unit operates, please submit your photos or videos through our Support Portal, and our team will be glad to review your case.

1. Log in to our Customer Support Portal.

2. Submit a support ticket describing the issue.

3. Attach a short video (at least 1 minute long) showing the error happening. This will help our technical team diagnose and resolve the issue much faster for you.
