Sterra 7 — Cannot Dispense Any WaterUpdated an hour ago

Step 1: Check Your Water Valves

Ensure that both the main water supply valve and the blue valve located on your Sterra 7 are turned fully to the open position. If either valve is partially closed, it will restrict water flow.

Step 2: Check Your Filter Lifespan

When was your Sterra 7 filter last replaced?

  • More than 6 months ago: Your filter is likely clogged from standard use. We recommend replacing your filter to restore proper water flow.

  • Less than 6 months ago: If your filter is relatively new but troubleshooting requires you to test a fresh one, don't worry—any filters used during this troubleshooting process will be replaced free of charge.
