IF USING THE SMART LIFE APP
STEP 1: Connect the device with the app to easily determine the filter hours cycle count
STEP 2 Check how long the product has been used
STEP 3. If used for more than 2,200 hours, then need to change the filters
STEP 4: If used for less than 2,200 hours, try resetting the filter using the app and see whether the issue is resolved
STEP 5:  If the issue persists, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the blinking red light. Once done, please get in touch with our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login and send the video for further help. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues. 

IF NOT USING THE SMART LIFE APP
STEP 1: Remove the filter and then put it back in, if the red light is still blinking, long press the filter button for 7 seconds to stop the blinking light
STEP 2: If the issue is solved, monitor and if the blinking resumes within the next hour, then we have determined that it's the filter being used up. Change the filter and the problem will be solved
STEP 3: If the issue still persists after the new filter is changed, please take a video (30 seconds to 1 minute) clearly showing the blinking red light. Once done, please get in touch with our customer support team at https://support.sterra.sg/en-US/ssp/login and send the video for further help. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
