  1. Power cycle the air purifier by turning it off, waiting for a few seconds, and then turning it back on.

  2. Try placing the air purifier in a different location within the room to ensure proper air circulation and to avoid signal interference 

  3. Turn the unit off and on again to see if the issue persists.
